This page explains what this website and the Layerr app store on your device.

The short version

This website doesn't set any cookies, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.

What the website stores

One small item, kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie:

• theme — "light" or "dark". It's saved only if you use the light/dark switch, so the site looks the same on your next visit. It stays in your browser, is never sent to me or anyone else, and lasts until you clear it.

To remove it, clear this site's data in your browser settings. The site then goes back to following your device's light or dark setting.

Other services

• Cloudflare hosts the site. I haven't enabled any Cloudflare feature that sets cookies. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface. Google says its fonts service doesn't set cookies, though it does receive your IP address when the font loads. More in the Privacy Policy.

Layerr

Layerr is an app, not a website, so it doesn't use cookies at all. It has no ads, analytics or tracking. What the app stores on your device is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
