Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, run by Jon Miller ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Each app listed here has its own terms. For Layerr, see the Layerr Terms of Use.
1. What this site is
This site is a simple index of the apps I make. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no comments and nothing to buy. Apps are downloaded from Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms.
2. Content and ownership
The text, design, logo, app names and artwork on this site belong to me, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to view the site, link to it and share it. Please don't copy or reuse the content, the logo or the app artwork as your own without asking first.
Apple, the Apple logo, App Store and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc.
3. Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- try to disrupt, overload or break into the site or the services it runs on;
- use the site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
- present the site or its content as your own.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to places I don't control, such as the App Store. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and I'm not responsible for them.
5. Information on the site
I try to keep what's here accurate, but app details, features and availability can change. The site is for general information and doesn't form a promise about any app.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. I don't guarantee it will always be online or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under the law where you live.
8. Privacy and cookies
How the site handles information is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
I may update the site or these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Province/State, Country], except where the law where you live says otherwise.
